The protection of your personal data is important to us. We process your data exclusively on the basis of the statutory provisions (GDPR, Austrian Telecommunications Act 2003) and inform you here about the key aspects of data processing on our website.

General

Our website can generally be used without providing personal data. Where data such as name, address or e-mail address is collected, this is done on a voluntary basis and without being passed on to third parties without your consent. Please note that the transmission of data over the internet generally involves security risks – complete protection against unauthorised access is technically impossible. 

Contact form

Enquiries submitted via our contact form, including the contact details you provide, are stored so that we can process your enquiry and respond to any follow-up questions. Submitting the form requires your express consent to this privacy policy. Your data will not be passed on to third parties.

Log data on the web server

For stable operation and troubleshooting, our web server stores log data – including IP addresses, time of access, browser type and the page accessed. These logs are automatically deleted after one month.

Cookies

Our website uses cookies – small text files that your browser stores on your device and that do not cause any damage. They help us make the website as user-friendly as possible. Some cookies remain stored until you delete them manually, so that your browser can be recognised on your next visit. You can restrict or disable the use of cookies at any time in your browser settings – please note that doing so may impair the functionality of the website.

Web analytics

To continuously improve our services, we use Google Analytics (Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA). Google Analytics works with cookies and immediately anonymises your IP address by truncating the last eight bits. You can prevent this collection at any time via the appropriate browser settings. The legal basis is Section 96 (3) of the Austrian Telecommunications Act as well as Art. 6 (1) (a) and/or (f) GDPR.

Google Tag Manager

The Google Tag Manager manages website tags centrally, does not set any cookies itself and does not collect any personal data. It merely serves as a trigger for other tags, which may in turn collect data. Existing cookie or domain deactivations remain effective for all tags implemented through it.

Easybooking hotel software

As a booking and enquiry tool and for displaying rooms and prices, we use "easybooking" by zadego GmbH (Anton-Melzer-Straße 10, A-6020 Innsbruck; office@easybooking.eu; www.easybooking.eu). The privacy policy is displayed or linked directly within the booking process.

Facebook / Meta Pixel

For our advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram we have integrated the Meta Pixel. It allows us to measure the success of campaigns, to reach visitors to our website again and to personalise advertisements. The provider is Meta Platforms Technologies Ireland Limited (IE550858), Merrion Road, Dublin 4, Ireland. No personal data such as name or address is transmitted; however, data may be forwarded to Meta servers in the USA. Meta stores a cookie with a randomly generated user ID for up to one year. If you are actively logged in to Facebook or Instagram, Meta can associate your website visit with your account. Deactivation is possible via a tracking blocker or our cookie settings.

Google Maps

We embed Google Maps by Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA). By using it, you agree that Google and authorised third parties may automatically collect and process data. Further information: https://policies.google.com/privacy

Google Fonts

For a consistent presentation, we use Google Fonts. Fonts are loaded from Google servers in the USA, whereby your IP address, among other data, is transmitted. Google participates in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Further information: https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/

SSL encryption

To protect your data, this website uses SSL encryption. You can recognise a secure connection by "https://" and the padlock symbol in your browser's address bar. When encryption is active, transmitted data cannot be viewed by third parties.

Instagram

Our website integrates functions from Instagram (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited). If you are logged in to your Instagram account, Instagram can associate your visit to our website with your profile. Further information: https://instagram.com/about/legal/privacy/

Your rights

You have the right to information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability as well as revocation and objection. If you believe that your data is being processed unlawfully, you can contact the Austrian Data Protection Authority at any time.
